Catherine Conti Qualters peacefully went to her eternal home on February 11, 2024. Born March 28, 1925, Catherine lived a long life full of health and happiness. Catherine was the head of 5 generations of women. Her Daughter; Kathleen Long, Granddaughter; Apryll Letteer, Great Granddaughter; Amanda Zajaczkowski, and Great -Great Granddaughter; Carly Dewey.

Catherine was born and raised in Yonkers, New York where she spent most of her life until moving to Pennsylvania in the 1990s. Catherine married Patrick Qualters and together they had three children. Kathleen Qualters Long, Patrick Qualters, and Robert Qualters.

Catherine is survived by Son; Patrick Qualters, Sister; Mary who resides in Texas, Granddaughter; Apryll Letter, Grandson; Harold Long, Great Grandchildren; Amanda Zajaczkowski, Paul Zajaczkowski, Alecia Long, Joey Jordan, Bruce Long, Megan long and Great Grandchildren; Carly Dewey, Colton Hart, Hunter Hart, and Colson Kultgen and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband, Catherine was preceded in death by Daughter; Kathleen Long, Son; Robert Qualters, Siblings; Francis Conti and Augustine Conti, and Great Granddaughter; Corinna Long.

Catherine was a typist and enjoyed her career. She was also a devout Catholic and very dedicated to her church. Catherine also enjoyed many things such as playing the piano, reading the bible, going to mass, and trying to answer all the questions on Jeopardy lol. She spent many years at Meadows manor in Dallas and grew close to the other residents and staff. She enjoyed the activities and spending time with Amy the activities director.

A Funeral Service will commence on Tuesday, Februrary 20th, at 9:15 am from the Yeosock Funeral Home, 40 S Main St, Plains, 18705, followed by procession and Mass of Christian Burial to  be celebrated 10 am, Tuesday morning, in Saint Ignatius RC Church, 339 N Maple Ave, Kingston 18704.  Friends and family are invited for calling hours on Monday from 4 to 6 pm at Yeosock's Funeral Home and from  9 am until the time procession on Tuesday morning.

The family would like to thank the staff at both the meadows manor and the Meadows Skilled nursing facility for taking such good care of her.
