Obituary

Elizabeth "Betsy" Rilko passed away peacefully, with her family by her side on Wednesday March 9, 2022. Born November 21, 1961, she was the daughter of Michael and Mary Rilko from Wapwallopen, PA. She as a graduate of Berwick High School, Class of 1981, and also graduated from Empire Beauty School. She was employed at Berwick Industries for over 35 years. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church, in Edwardsville. She is survived by her brother Michael and wife Ann and their two children Justine and Maria. Betsy loved spending time with her little dog Cody. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church, 93 Zerby Ave., Edwardsville, with the very Rev. Michael Evans officiating. Friends may call for visitation at the Church from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment will follow in St. John the Baptist Orthodox Cemetery, Pringle.  The family requests that flowers not be sent to the Church and in lieu of,  donations may be made to a charity of your choice in her memory. Arrangements are from Yeosock Funeral Home Inc., 40 S. Main St., Plains Twp.
