Obituary

Henry J. "Hank" Ridler, 84, of Larksville, passed away at home on Thursday, January 1, 2026.

Born on April 8, 1941, in Wilkes-Barre, Hank was the son of the late Frank and Ruth (Smith) Ridler. He spent his working years as a welder and later a pipe fitter at Air Products. Hank proudly served his country for six years as a member of the National Guard and was honorably discharged. He was a member of several local organizations, including the American Legion, Plymouth Eagle Club, Italian American Club, and the Henry Club. In addition to his parents, Hank was preceded in death by his brothers, William, Calvin, and Francis Ridler, Harold and James Stiner, and his sisters, Ruth Simonson and Daisy Brogan. Henry is survived by his sister, Ethel Stiner, his children, Nancy Letteer, Bettylou Haczewski and partner Billy Gordon, Carol Ann and husband Richard Shuleski, many grandchildren and great grandchildren who will remember him fondly.

A requiem funeral service will be conducted at 11 am on Thursday, January 8, 2026 from the Yeosock Funeral Home, 40 S Main St, Plains, 18705 with Pastor Dan Shission presiding. Friends and family may call for visitation on Wednesday, January 7, from 4 to 6 pm at the Funeral Home. Interment in Chapel Lawn Cemetery, Dallas
