James "Jimbo" Herron Jr, 50, of Exeter passed away at home on January 18th 2024. Born in Kingston, May 26 1973, he is the son of James and Joanne Herron, Dallas. James was employed by Wyoming Homes as a machine operator for many years and he was also a knowledgeable mechanic. Jimbo enjoyed all outdoor activities like boating, fishing and camping. James will be remembered by all for his free spirit. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his lifelong partner Sherry Prednis, sons, James Herron, Pittston, Jordan Herron, Harvey's Lake, Jesse Herron and fiancée, Erica Ambrose, Jenkins Township, siblings, Sandra Shulskie, husband John, Noxen, Timothy Herron, wife Brie, Shavertown, Sherry Herron, Exeter, and many aunts, uncles nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, brother, Mark Herron, nephew, Timothy Scott Pierce, Jr. Friends and family are invited to the VFW in Wyoming on Wyoming Ave, for a celebration of James's life on Sunday, February 4th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
