Joanne Kollar, 82, of Harrisonburg, Virginia, formerly of Kingston, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 22, 2025. Born March 20, 1943, in Mocanaqua, Pennsylvania, she spent most of her life in Pennsylvania before relocating to Virginia in 2023. Joanne experienced both love and loss in her life, having been predeceased by her first husband, Chester Levulis, and later by her husband, Frank Kollar. She is survived by her sister, Christine Diksa; her niece, Denise Grove; and her nephew, Mike Diksa—all of whom will hold her memory close. A private burial service will be held to honor her life.
