Josephine Krochta, 85 of Hanover Township, Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on November 27, 2021. She was born on March 28, 1936 in Hanover Township, PA. She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Antoinette Remchak. She was a graduate of Hanover Township High  School. Josephine will be remembered as a loving Mother and Grandmother. She retired from Sears, Roebuck and Company, where she spent many years making great friends, a job she really loved. Some of her favorite past times involved hosting holiday events, going out to eat, and visiting her family. Josephine spent the latter of her life traveling the world. She loved the beach, sun, and the summer. She was proceeded in death by her late husband Eugene Krochta Sr, sisters; Carol Wisniewski, Julia Swartz, Irene Bender, and her brother Raymond Remchak. Surviving are her  Daughters; Donna Kosek, Florida, Diane Kosek, Florida Son; Eugene Krochta Jr and his wife Kyle of Wilkes Barre, PA. Four grandchildren; Crystal Miller, Suzanne Dellario and her husband Marc, Nicholas Space and his wife Samantha, and Matthew Krochta; Seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A celebration of Josephine's life will held from 4:00pm-6:00pm on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Yeosock Funeral Home, 40 South Main St. Plains, 18705. On the following day, a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 10:00am at Saints Peter & Paul Parish, 13 Hudson Rd. Plains, PA 18705, celebrant, Rev. Jack Lambert.
