Linda Rushton, of Wilkes Barre and Florida, arrived at her final destination on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. Beloved daughter of the late Frank and Holly (Potter) Rushton, Linda was born on July 13, 1951 in Wilkes Barre. She loved being with her large circle of friends, sharing dinners out, trying her luck at casinos, and traveling far and wide. Linda excelled in each of her endeavors, working as a waitress, in the travel industry, and in accounting. She moved to St. Petersburg, Florida, in 2005 to enjoy the sun and sand, coming home to Wilkes Barre last year to spend her retirement among friends. Linda is survived by a sister, a niece, two nephews, cousins, and many friends. A celebration of life service will held at Hanover Green Cemetery Chapel,689 Main Rd, Wilkes-Barre, 18706 on Saturday April 2nd at 11:00 AM .
