Lois I. Kucirka, 87, of Larksville, PA, passed away at Highland Manor, on Friday, November 4th.

Lois was born in Beaumont, PA, March 6th, 1935, to Elwood and Minnie Nulton.

She was a devoted wife to her loving husband John for 54 years of marriage, with whom she created a loving and welcoming home for their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Whether she was creating a delicious Thanksgiving feast or frying up a batch of her legendary donuts, Lois was always there for the people she loved. She will also be remembered for her sense of fun: Lois loved card games, casinos, road trips, and amusement parks, roller coasters, and even played baseball in the backyard with her grandchildren. She will be dearly, deeply missed.

Lois is survived by her husband, John Kucirka; daughter Beth Long of Pittston, PA; son Richard Marcy of Montrose; grandson Robert Talarico and family in Boston, MA: granddaughter Andrea Talarico of Brooklyn, NY; grandsons Jesse Long and Ricky Long, Pittston, PA; granddaughter Kyla Marcy and family of Friendsville, PA; and grandson Klay Marcy and family of Nicholson, PA.

The family will honor her memory with a private service at Yeosock's Funeral home in Plains, PA.
