Mary Ann Klapatch, of Dewey Lane, Wilkes-Barre, died Thursday, November 28,2024 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley.

She was the daughter of the late Frank and Francis (Kopec) Polkowski.  She was a charter member of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, Wilkes-Barre.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore; son, Thomas; brother, Joseph Polkowski ; sister, Rose Francis.

Surviving is her son, Theodore ; sisters, Helen Novak and Francis Tvorak, brother, Frank Polkowski ; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A requiem service will be conducted at 11 a.m.Thursday, December 5, 2024 from Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, 401 E Main St, Wilkes-Barre. Friends and family may call for visitation at the Church from 10 am until the time of services at 11 am.  Interment immediately following in Holy Resurrection Orthodox Cemetery, Plains Township.
