Obituary

Pastor Vincent O'Boyle 68 passed into eternal life Monday January 10, 2022,
at his home in Larksville.
Born in Newark New Jersey to the late Vincent Joseph O'Boyle and Late Rosemary Clonan O'Boyle July 2,
1953. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandson Elijah Phillip O'Boyle, his Uncle
Joseph Clonan and nephews Shaun Mehal and Christopher Manganiello
He attended Wyoming Area Schools and apprenticed with his uncle and became a licensed electrician,
he also was a self-employed painter. He then followed his calling and passion, attended New Life
Evangelistic Ministries and became an Ordained Minister.
He was Pastor of Church on the Square, Wilkes Barre. He spoke the gospel, lived the gospel and taught
the gospel. He had a special place in his heart for the homeless and addicted of his community and
worked tirelessly to help them meet their needs. He was a "True Hero of the People"
Pastor Vince (as he was called) was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and uncle.
He was very well liked and respected in the community as he was a loving soul and always giving and
helping those in need.
He will be deeply missed by his loving family. Surviving is sons, Vincent Jr. O'Boyle wife Jennifer, Wilkes-
Barre; Michael O'Boyle and wife Nicole, Larksville; (with whom he resided). Daughters, Kimberly O'Boyle
and Michael Wescott, Duryea; Crystal Delong and Matthew Sims, Hanover Twp.; Lindsay and husband
Steve Lefkoski, Dallas; 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. Sisters, Sharon Manganiello and husband
Carmen, West Pittston; Colleen O'Boyle, West Pittston; Paula Gogas, Pittston; Mary Jo Mehal, Exeter.
Numerous nieces and nephews, his friend and companion Carol Coolbaugh, his entire Church on the
Square Family.
The family would also like to thank Dr. Kevin Musto and Dr. David Dalessandro for their wonderful care.
Arrangements are entrusted to Yeosock Funeral Home, Plains. Condolences to the family may be sent
through the funeral home website.
Viewing and service will be held Saturday January 15, 2022 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Church on the Square, 52
Public Square, Wilkes-Barre.

The family requests that masks be worn in the church for the viewing.
