Thomas W. Letteer, 86, of Plains, passed into eternal rest on September 3, 2023. He was born in Plymouth, PA to Lillian Zipay and Joseph Letteer Sr. He was a proud veteran of both the Army and Marines. After his military career, he became an electrical lineman in the construction industry and then foreman. In his spare time, he enjoyed learning about computers and playing video games. His passion for computers turned into teaching himself how to build one from the bottom up and repairing those of friends and family.  Thomas is survived by his children, Rochelle Letteer, Tammy Parish-Letteer, Michelle Letteer Berman, Nicole Rochinski-Letteer, Thomas Letteer, Terri Zakrzwski, sister, Roxanne Peterson, four grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.    He was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Williams Letteer, parents, and brothers: Joseph, Ernest (Sparky), Frank, and Leonard.
